Miami Integrated Psychology offers psychotherapy and psychological testing services at a pre-set pay scale; however, we strive to make our services available to every patient who chooses to take the first step in their journey towards mental and physical well-being. At Miami Integrated Psychology we are continuously in the process of becoming a participating provider with additional health insurance carriers for reimbursement of services to best meet our patients’ needs. Please contact us for additional information concerning your health insurance coverage benefits.
Out of Network:
If Miami Integrated Psychology is not contracted with your health insurance carrier, it would be considered an Out of Network provider. In this case, the patient will be responsible for payment in full at the time services are rendered. Miami Integrated Psychology will provide a bill, which patients submit to their health insurance carrier for possible partial or full reimbursement of services. As an Out of Network provider, patients’ health insurance carrier will not determine their treatment modality and duration and disclosure of personal health information to health insurance carrier is minimized.
When contacting your health insurance carrier for verification of mental health benefits, the following questions may help you in obtaining and understanding the necessary information:

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Debit Cards, and Major Credit Cards.
Cancellation Policy
At Miami Integrated Psychology we understand that unexpected situations may arise and you may need to cancel an upcoming appointment. We ask our patients to notify us of their need to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If not, the patient will be charged the full service fee.
